2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are calculated using our transparent pricing system. Final pricing may vary based on specific requirements. Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept various payment methods as discussed during order placement.

3. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our printing services. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 5 hours of delivery for resolution. We stand behind our work and will make it right.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery is provided through Royal Express services. Delivery times and costs may vary based on location and package size. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services beyond our control.

5. File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing files in appropriate formats and quality. We recommend high-resolution files for best results. File compatibility and printing requirements will be discussed during order confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellation may incur charges for materials and work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refund if it is user error, we will happily offer a refund if it is our mistake. As we are focused on quality, customer satisfaction matter to us, please do note that we do not just offer refunds if customer / user do not like it nor is not happy about it.
